Little Sarah was friendly, there is such character with the walls being covered with different types of clocks, and the breakfast was exceptional. They have something for everyone with (2) types of gravy (sausage and authentic tomato). We can't wait to try the dinner specials. Best kept secret that we stumbled upon, and we will definitely recommend.

We came into Alabama for a music festival and we were starving when we hit the road so we looked for a place that was easy and quick. We sat ourselves and were greeted very quickly and had water and coffee on the table within 2 minutes. Sarah was friendly and very informative, a perfect example of southern hospitality. We ordered quite a bit of food; 3 appetizers, 4 entrees and a peanut butter pie (fried green tomatoes are awesome by the way) and she didn't miss a trick. Fantastic food for the price, really great quality comfort food. I wish it was closer to home or we'd be regulars. Thanks for the great food and hospitality! See you the next time we're in town

Friendly atmosphere, yummy burgers of all kinds! My favorite is the hamburger steak. This was one of my grandpas favorite places to eat lunch. It holds a special place in my heart because of the memories made there with him! Lunch or dinner price efficient and yummy, A must try! Thank y'all for making eating out feel more like home. I've always drove past this place, but then one morning decided to stop by and try their breakfast. Great breakfast place. In addition, to having very quick and friendly service?

Just happened to show up on search ..well worth the short drive off the 10 for a home cooked meal Had their Tuesday Seafood Special (6 shrimp, 6 fried oysters, catfish fillet and Crawdad pie with 2 sides (field peas n rice n gravy). Had a half order of fried green tomatoes fried just right. Top off the meal with slice of pecan pie... From South but now live in CA heading back home. A must stop if you long for southern comfort food...

Really homey decor and service is the highlight here. A extensive list of traditional Southern cooking, plu more than a dozen burgers. The five o'clock burger was just what I was looking for.

I really like this restaurant! The staff are always pleasant and friendly. The food always comes out hot and fresh. I love that the menu has such a big selection of sides. My favorite go to meal is the hamburger steak with onions and gravy with their field peas and cornbread. You get a second side with it and that just changes depending on my mood. The onion rings are excellent and so are the fried mushrooms!

I had the extreme pleasure of having an epic lunch with a delicious French Dip Sandwich, crispy Dinner Fries, a VERY SOUR, and really delicious pickle, and a bottomless glass of sweet tea! It was, again, an example of the great food and service along with the pleasant atmosphere of Time To Eat Cafe that has me returning again and again. Thanks to all at Time To Eat Cafe!

Great local joint with home cooked food and great service. The inside could definitely use a little renovation, but the feel of the atmosphere and the service makes up for all that lacks on the interior. The 11 O'CLOCK burger was cooked to perfection(Bacon, Smoked Gouda Cheese, Bourbon Sauce), and the fried mushrooms are to die for. And their house ranch is one of the best I've found locally. Definitely worth the stop whether your local or just passing through!
